Terms of Purchase and Delivery
By using the services of lightfork.hr, you accept these Purchase Terms. LAKNER d.o.o. is not responsible for any potential damage arising from the use of this website or the use of information beyond its intended purposes.
Customer
Any legal and mentally competent person who, as a registered user, orders a weekly or monthly meal subscription through the LightFork.hr website is considered a customer. Purchases on behalf of minors and fully legally incapacitated persons can be concluded by their guardians or legal representatives. In the case of partially legally incapacitated persons, purchases can only be made with the consent of their guardians or legal representatives.
User Registration
The user is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of entered data. In case of any changes, the user is obliged to update them promptly on the LightFork.hr website. User personal data will be used solely to fulfill contractual obligations in the sale. The collected data will not be sold, used, or transferred to a third party without the user’s consent. Product Features – Meals
Product features, such as meals, are described using text and photos, based on the LAKNER d.o.o. database.
Meal photos are illustrative, and they may not always correspond in all details to the meals ordered. LAKNER d.o.o. emphasizes that the appearance of a meal in a photo may differ from the actual meal, especially considering the customer’s computer monitor settings, variations in color perception, etc. Any discrepancies between the meal shown in the photo and the delivered meal do not constitute a product defect. Information about meals (product description, caloric value, etc.) on the LightFork.hr website may be subject to bugs, operational irregularities, technical errors, typographical mistakes, etc. In the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding product information on lightfork.hr, LAKNER d.o.o. reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the distance selling contract.
Payment Terms and Deadlines
Prices are displayed on the lightfork.hr website is in Euro and Croatian Kuna and includes delivery costs within the service area, as per the delivery zone map published on lightfork.hr. The VAT cost is included in the product price.
Meal subscriptions are ordered by selection, using the menu, and completing the electronic form. Customers can order and purchase subscriptions only as registered users. A meal subscription is considered ordered when the customer completes the entire ordering process.
Subscription payments can be made with credit cards (Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Premium Visa, Diners, Discover). LAKNER d.o.o. emphasizes that the credit card payment system is integrated on the website. After selecting “Card” as the payment method, fields for entering card information will appear. Card and owner data are not stored on LAKNER d.o.o. servers.
In the case of e-banking and general payment methods, payment and/or interbank transaction costs are not included in the price.
Meal Delivery Terms and Times
For meal subscription payments received by 6 PM, LAKNER d.o.o. undertakes to deliver meals the next day during normal delivery hours.
Meals are delivered every day except Sunday, between 11 AM and 3 PM, to the address specified in the order. In the event of a delivery delay, LAKNER d.o.o. commits to delivering the delayed meal to the customer free of charge after the subscription period expires.
LAKNER d.o.o. is not responsible for minor scratches on products resulting from delivery services, provided these scratches or minor defects do not affect the basic characteristics and usability of the delivered meal.
Product complaints are possible until 8 PM on the day of receipt. In the case of a justified complaint, LAKNER d.o.o. commits to delivering the delayed meal to the customer free of charge after the subscription period expires.
Temporary Suspension, Termination, and Expiry of Subscription Relationship
A customer can request a one-time suspension of a subscription for up to 7 days. The request for subscription suspension must be made at least 24 hours in advance via email to info@lightfork.hr.
A request for contract termination must be submitted via email to info@lightfork.hr, and the termination date is considered the first working day of the week following the receipt of the notice.
If a customer does not cancel a subscription by 6 PM the day before the subscription expires, it will be automatically renewed for a new subscription cycle.
Online Dispute Resolution
Under a special regulation of the European Union, starting from February 15, 2016, consumers and merchants throughout the EU can resolve disputes related to online purchases through a platform accessible here.
This means that if you encounter a problem during online purchases within the EU (defective product, inability to replace the product, etc.), you can submit your complaint through the provided link.
The platform can be used by both consumers and merchants, and complaints can be submitted in any of the 23 official EU languages.
Any changes to the purchase and delivery terms on the lightfork.hr website will be promptly published at this location.
